How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As owner of a commercial building I fought an excessive tax assessment, unsuccessfully. Determined to win I studied the real property tax law, apprenticed for two years with a downstate firm, again took on the municipality and won. Having learned that many others are in similar circumstances I organized Tax Redux.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
